I recently started working in Seattle again after 5 years working in Auburn and Tacoma. It’s interesting to get back and do some more surveying of my prototype. There has been some change, but lots of things remain essentially the same. Most noticeably, some of the buildings around the Industrial Lead have been painted, some have been torn down and some are occupied by different businesses.
Rainier Petroleum is now Maxum Petroleum. Same buildings, similar paint job and looks like the same business activity. Unfortunately, The massive Chevron logo that graced the south roof is painted over (I think I’ll keep that feature for the layout). I took a few photos that should help modeling.
